PINA CON NADA

I love cocktails and even more so when they are packed full of goodness and leave you feeling amazing the next day.
Meet Pina Con Nada. Inspired by RELISH, this is my favourite super food cocktail for a healthy Christmas morning wake up.
What you’ll need
Coconut cream – 120 ml
Coconut water – 240 ml
1 large whole pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon of Lucuma, Maca, Hemp, Cacao powder (Bioglan)
4 little umbrellas/ Nasturtium flowers
1 medium avocado
Save a few chunks of pineapple for garnish, before adding all ingredients to the blender with a cup full of ice. Blend until smooth.
Serve in nice fancy glasses, and finish with a little umbrella or a little winter nasturtium flower.
