Recipe: Rose Petal Chia Pudding
1 banana, chopped into little chunks.
1 heaped teaspoon of ground almonds
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 of a cup of chia seeds
2 cups of coconut milk ( but any other nut milk will work fine too)
1 tablespoon of dried rose petals to serve
Blend the coconut milk, cinnamon, ground almonds together in the blender, and pour the mix into your small glass jar.
Stir in the chia seeds and then chill in the fridge for a few hours, stirring once or twice from time to time.
When the mixture is nice and cool, stir in the chunks of banana and top with rose petals.
