At this small and friendly class, you'll enjoy an hour of peace over a cup of tea & a small selection of wellness ideas drawn from literary insights, wellness tips, meditations, gentle breathing & more. 

Based on Emmas award-winning work combining the arts and literature, with meditation and mindfulness, this is truly a soul inspiring wellness class not to be missed.

BOOKING

Dates & Times:  Wednesday mornings 10-11.15 am,                                                               November 21st, December 12th 2018 and January 9th 2019.

Cost: £15 including a hot drink.

Location: Loughton town centre, Essex. (further details of our monhtly meeting spot on booking)
