2. Yuval Noah Harrari, author of best selling book ‘Sapiens: A Brief History of Human Kind’ discusses his views on life after Covid with the Financial Times. At 28:00 in, on being asked about his happiness Yuval shares his thoughts on Meditation as a means of detoxing from information overload, the good of going offline every now and again, giving your mind a break in order to start afresh and break the chain of infectious thoughts.
