Book Online Private Classes and Appointments During Flu Season Spring 2020

Hello friends. I'm sad to say that there are no in-person classes or appointments at this time. However, I've been hard at work setting up online provisions so that we can continue to meet. Particularly helpful if we're in for a spell at home.

As well as online group sessions, you can enjoy over 200 features, meditations, tutorials and podcasts here at Emma Mills London, including the free Wellness Edit newsletter which is out fortnightly on Sundays.

How To Join

To join the online class you'll need to download the Zoom App. An hour before the class starts you'll get an email with the code you'll need to join the Zoom meeting, enter the code and join the class.

Class Fees

I am offering my online class on a sliding scale, so as to accommodate all budgets during this tricky period. Class goers are generally paying between £3.50 and £20.00 per class.

Multiple Classes and booking for a friend

To book multiple classes please make a donation reflective of the number of classes you want to join, and leave a note for me within the payment page letting me know which dates you want to be put in for. The same applies if you'd like to book a space for a friend. Just let me know and I'll share the class code with them too. For any further support please contact

It’s been fantastic meeting online these past 9 weeks. I'm thrilled to hear so much positive feedback. Who would have thought that meeting up to meditate from home would be quite so fun. Intrigued? Here's what you need to know....

🌹 What happens in my classes?

I have a unique way of teaching meditation that's both simple and fun, and I've developed a philosophy for wellbeing that draws on a broad range of influences from poetry and nature, to psychology, philosophy and cooking. 

I have a broad, non religious approach to meditation. I don't follow any one school of thought exclusively (Ie: Transcendental, mindfulness, vipassana, vedanta) I see meditation as inner peace and I see the many approaches to it (which involve things like guided meditations, breathing, visualisations, focussing etc) as wonderful little shoe horns into that quite calm space. Why not explore them all and use what works for you?

I don't have a formula for my classes as I adapt them to suit the class goers and they're very much in the moment, but here's a glance at how our classes have been going these past few weeks. (I'm open to special requests!)

🌹 Class Outline 

It's an hours class, divided into two halves. The first half is gentle breathing, present moment awareness and mindfulness practices. Then we pause for a little 5 min refreshment break. The second half guided meditations + a poem at the end for good measure. An hour can be a long time for some of us to sit and listen for, so please do feel welcome to join in for as much or little as you like. 

🌹 How do you participate?

It's a live class, delivered through the free app Zoom. Once you book a place at my website you'll get a code which gives you entry to the live stream. During the class you'll be able to see and hear me on screen, live at my house teaching the class. How exciting! 

You can choose to have your video switched on if you'd like to wave and say hi and be seen, but you can also join silently with your camera and audio off, simply watching and listening. At the end of the class there is a 5 minute opportunity to share any comments, questions or observations you may or may not have. It's a lovely moment. So precious in these times where so many of us are alone.
