• A cup of oat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • A dash of freshly ground black pepper
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon

Here’s how to make it!

1.Simply combine the black pepper, coconut oil, turmeric and oat milk and warm in a pan for several minutes (not boiling, just warming)

2.Pour into your favourite mug and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
