New Lonely Planet Book – 101 Ways To Live Well

I love to travel and I know many of you do too because I see your lovely travel snaps on Instagram!

The last few years I have been touring in Europe with the motorbike and the tent and Lonely Planet Guides have been my favorite while staying in different large cities. ( Last year we stopped in the Spanish cities: Pamplona, Santander and Barcelona) 

Last year I was so very excited to have been asked to contribute to the new Lonely Planet guide, which is all about wellness!

They are one of the best travel companies in the world, and  101 Ways To Live Well has so many lovely ideas and tips. Alongside the meditations and mindfulness tips, there are lots of fun, mini guides covering pilates, yoga, and fitness, through psychology, self-help, nutrition and of course expert travel tips (think mosquitos, luggage, flights)  to help while you are on your holidays.

It’s such great news that travel and mindfulness are being explored together here, I hope you like the book friends.
