Fortify yourself from within with Meditation

Meditation is your opportunity to sit quietly and notice the changing flow of thoughts, perceptions and sensations. The habitual behaviours and attitudes of the thinking mind but also to get familiar with the very awareness with which all of that is known. And by awareness I simply mean, you. The quiet inside part of you that hears or understands these words now. 

You might have heard of the saying, ‘What you focus on expands’ Or ‘Where attention goes, energy flows’ – well, the lovely thing is that when you pay attention to your very own self (the presence within) well— that grows too! And with it comes a great peace. It’s so worthwhile.
